Jaguar E-Pace has recently debuted and it has a new Guinness World Record for having the furthest barrel roll in a production model.
The model reached a 15.3 meter (50.1 foot) jump with a 270-degree barrel roll at the ExCeL exhibition center in London. The car had Terry Grant as a driver.
The car’s cabin is marked by Noble Chrome accents, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, four 12-volt charging outlets, a 10-inch Touch Pro infotainment system, five USB ports, and 577 liters (20.3 cubic feet) of cargo capacity.
Jaguar E-Pace features a dynamic greenhouse, a bold front fascia additional 21-inch alloy wheels, and front fender vents. Besides this, the model is also equipped with slender taillights, black contrast, or panoramic glass roof.
The vehicle has also got two premium Meridian audio systems and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
Jaguar E-Pace is powered by different 2.0-liter four-cylinder motors. Two of the gasoline engines will deliver 249 PS (183 kW) and 365 Nm (269 lb-ft) torque and300 PS (220 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) torque.
The entry-level diesel version produces 150 PS (110 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) torque and the mid-range version produces180 PS (132 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) torque. The range-topping diesel version delivers 240 PS (176 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) torque.
You can opt for a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic gearbox. The UK will have rear-wheel drive and the US models – all-wheel drive.
Jaguar E-Pace’s is guaranteed by a lot of driver assistance systems: Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Speed Limiter, Emergency Braking system, Lane Keep Assist, and pedestrian detection.
The price of the model starts with $38,600 in the USA and £28,500 in the UK.
